Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most popular role is Bo in Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. The daughter of Peter an academic as well as Ilkay Silk who is a renowned actor, director, producer, playwright and Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories of playing rehearsals with her mother. Silk appeared in several commercials as a child. Silk graduated from St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced at least Two early productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk moved from Toronto in the month of November 1999 to Los Angeles California to pursue her acting career. Silk met her husband, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's training in Los Angeles in 2007. They got married in 2009 and married at a civil wedding ceremony in December of that year. They renewed their vows April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton, after the woman converted to Judaism. Silk gave birth to an infant son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron is her second child, and was born on 13th of May in 2016. Silk was also nominated in 2009 for the Gemini Awards in her role as Cassidy Holland. The role was assigned to her of Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian show Lost Girl in 2009. Silk announced to her fans that she was expecting a baby at the beginning of January 2013, during a Showcase Season Three Special. Silk was doing work on the show since the season's third finale episode premiered on the 6th of January, 2013 on Twitter, announced her readiness to return on June 4, 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of fourth season. CNN, Cable News Network as well as E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) along with Lauren the actress (Zoie) among their top television couples. Entertainment Television.
