Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada by her character as Bo. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk who was a well-known actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her first experiences of playing rehearsals together with her mother. Silk was a part of numerous commercials for kids. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Arts at St. Thomas University. Levi Aaron, her second baby was born on May 13, 2016. Silk is known for her tv role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she received nominations from the Gemini Awards. In 2009 she landed the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during production of the season three finale, and revealed this to viewers on Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season. On June 20, 2013 Silk announced via Twitter that she was back to work on the show. CNN has named Bo's character with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most watched TV couples of all time. E! voted it as the most popular TV couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk has an enormous social media following, including Facebook and Twitter, as a direct consequence of its popularity.
